- Buyer: the individual or organisation that buys or agrees to buy the Goods from the Seller.

- Terms and Conditions: the terms and conditions of sale set out in this agreement and any special terms and conditions agreed in writing by the Seller.
By placing an order you agree with our Terms & Conditions. Seller shall be entitled to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted by the Buyer upon making a purchase.
Cancellation of your order
When a cancelled order has been paid, Seller will refund the amount due with fourteen (14) days. If an order is cancelled later then before mentioned, Seller has the right to charge for transportation depending on the destination and current pricing. Or buyer will send it back in full original packaging and undamaged. Once package has been received and returned goods are in good shape, the seller will refund to the buyer.
Goods will be delivered based on available stock. Goods supplied within the Netherlands will normally be delivered after 1 working days after acceptance of order and received payment. Goods supplied outside the Netherland will normally be delivered within 10 working days after acceptance of order. Seller is not mandatory to comply to these dates.
Where specific delivery dates have been agreed, and where this delivery date cannot be met, the Buyer will be notified and given the opportunity to agree a new delivery date or receive a full refund.
The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and the Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery. Title and risk in the Goods shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery of the Goods.
Delivery by third parties
Delivery by third parties are noted within in the order. Track & Trace by PostNL, DHL, MyParcel or any other party WEFUNK.eu gives buyer the opportunity to track the status of theirorder. This third party is responsible for the services given and all communication therefrom.
Seller ships worldwide. All countries visible in checkout.
The mentioned prices of Goods are in Euros, including tax. The shipping costs are not included in the prices. Before finishing the transaction the full price, including tax and shipping, will be mentioned. The shipping costs are based on the number of Goods and dimension and weight of the Goods. All shipments will be send via PostNL.
Payment of your order can be done in one of the following ways:

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 5 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the Buyer shall be responsible for the recovery of the Goods to the Seller. The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund (excluding delivery costs) if the Goods are in fact defective.
Buyer has the right, in addition to their other rights, to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by informing the Seller by email via this link within 5 working days of receipt of the Goods.
Goods must be returned by the Buyer at the Buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall not refund the order. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
The ownership of the Goods will transfer to the Buyer, when the Buyer has fulfilled all conditions based on this Contract with Seller.
Reliability during shipping
Seller is not liable for loss or damaging of goods during shipping. If a problem occurs, please let us know and we’ll place a complaint at PostNL, or our current shipper.
Seller ensures that the Products comply with the standards of usability, reliability and lifetime as intended by reasonable use.
Seller has the right to decline or cancel orders without reason.
Images and specifications
All images, photos, pictures, data concerning weight, dimensions, colors, etc on the Website are indications and can’t be a motive for refunds or cancellation of the Contract.
It is not allowed to copy images and/or texts of the Website without prior permission of Seller.
Return and exchange products
Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to inform Buyer via our website about the Goods. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, than this can be exchanged or returned. For this you need to send an email via the following link and mention the order number and products you wish to return / exchange.
To return and/or exchange the following conditions apply:
- The to be exchanged Goods needs to be reported via our form within seven (5) working days after the product is received on the delivery address.
- The to be exchanged Goods needs to be in original state and packaging, with attached labels.
The Product, which has been reported as a return, must immediately, and within seven (5) working days after receiving the Product on the delivery address be returned to Seller. Seller only accepts returns if they have been reported on the before mentioned manner and when instruction, given after reporting the return, have been followed. Return shipments that have not been reported, or that have not been reported within the mentioned time period, shall not be accepted.
Your return will be confirmed via email after receipt.
It can happen that you’re not satisfied by the product that you received from Seller. In that case contact us by sending an email. Shipping costs for returning a product with a complaint are made by the Buyer. If the complaint is founded, these costs will be refunded to Buyer.
The Seller shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, failure of any communications, telecommunications or computer system, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the Seller shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.
Seller has the right to cancel the agreement without reason.
Governing Laws and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of The Netherlands and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
